My new obsession lately has been a TV show called Lost. I can’t say that I’m really one for watching a lot of TV. In fact about the only TV I watch is football and Southpark. However, there has been a lot of talk about this show and eventually I broke down and started watching it. After about 3 episodes I was completely hooked. I don’t think I have ever watched a show that twists and turns like this one does.
The basic idea is that there is a plane crash on this island and all these people are brought together. Strange, nearly unexplainable, things begin to happen on the island. It’s also neat how as the show goes on you get to learn more about the characters in the show via flashbacks and back stories. Each one has a unique story and as the show unfolds more and more of them are related in one way or another.I have also been pretty into the internet part of this show. There are entire internet communities of people that discuss and theorize about this show. There are also several websites that deal with the show. I don’t now if they were setup by the creators of the show, but it adds to the mystery none-the-less.
You can still get wrapped up in this show. The first season is available on DVD, and if you want to get caught up on the second season you could (although it would probably be illegal) download them.
